Minutes of January 24, 2013 Meeting

Meeting Opened: 5:10PM

Members Present: John Edgar, Tim Goodheart, Jonathan James, Dan Leonard, Phil Warren and Dave Thorpe, Chairman.

Members Absent: Paul Anderson, Dan Cornelissen (with notice),Herb Vadney (Selectmen’s Representative with notice) and Miller Lovett (Selectmen’s Alternate).

Approval of Minutes:

The minutes of the November 15, 2012 meeting were approved unanimously on a motion by Tim Goodheart and seconded by Jonathan James.

Agenda Items:

Dan Leonard presented a draft of the Water and Sewer Department 2012 Annual Report to the Board of Selectmen. It was suggested a few of the capital improvements planned for 2013 be added at the end of the report.

Dave Thorpe presented a draft of the Water System Committee 2012 Annual Report to the Board of Selectmen.

After discussion both reports were approved by the committee members present subject to the suggested additions to the Water and Sewer Department report.

These reports will be presented to the Board of Selectmen in the workshop session of February 4, 2013 at 4:15PM.

Adjourned: 6:40PM            

Next Meeting: It is expected that the Board of Selectmen will approve the retirement of the Water System Committee in the February 4, 2013 workshop removing the necessity of future meetings. Therefore these minutes are being submitted without committee approval.
