Meredith Community Plan Update
The Planning Board is in the process of updating the 2002 Community Plan (aka Master Plan). New Hampshire law requires the Planning Board to amend from time to time a master plan that provides guidance for future development while preserving and enhancing the town’s unique qualities of life. This planning document articulates a vision for the community and includes goals, objectives and specific recommendations intended to help the community achieve its goals. This web page will be used to post the progress of the project to help keep the public informed. It is anticipated that the process will evolve over the next 18 to 24 months (beginning Spring 2012). This page will also serve as a means to solicit feedback at key junctures in the process (see draft documents and contact information below).
PROJECT STATUS

They are currently working on the Energy Chapter of the Community Plan. The Draf Land Use and Community Life Chapters are nearly complete and will be up shortly for review.
The Planning Board held a public forum on August 14th at to solicit public input. The notes from this meeting can be found below.
